I have a single room for rent in my four bed terrace house here in Heavitree. I have moved to the Channel Islands and a 12 month-term tenant is moving out at the end of May which is why there is an extra space available from 1 June, but my two lodgers who have become great friends are staying and would welcome an additional member to the household.
